The applicant is requesting a family quarters of approximately nine hundred (900) square feet attached to the principal residential dwelling above the garage. Location: 1505 N. Carroll Avenue, being legally described as Lot 37 Whispering Dell Estates, being approximately 2.4 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-lA" Single-Family Residential District. Owner and Applicant: Chris & Elaine Ensenberger. Public Hearing 5. Consider: Case ZBA-371, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for family quarters. The applicant is requesting a family quarters of approximately one thousand (1,000) square feet attached to the principal residential dwelling above the garage. Location: 511 San Juan Drive, being legally described as Lot 16, Mission Hill Estates, being approximately 1.06 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single-Family Residential District. STAFF PRESENT: Ben Bryner, Planner; Mardenna Gullinese, Secretary. Lewis Miltenberger was present and announced, due to the lack of a quorum this board is unable to convene to conduct business. ZBA Case # 370 and ZBA Case # 371 will be considered at the next scheduled meeting, June 14, 2001. Meeting Adjourned. With no objections the Chair deemed the meeting adjourned.
