2003-11-13 REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING November 13, 2003 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of Town Hall OFFICIAL RECORD REGULAR AGENDA: 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes of the October 30, 2003 Regular Board of Adjustment meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-419, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2 (e), for the construction of an accessory building greater than one story or fourteen (14) feet in height. The applicant is requesting to construct a detached garage of approximately three thousand (3,000) square feet with the proposed garage having a height of approximately 17 feet. Public Hearing. 5. Consider: Case ZBA-420, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(3) for construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to add two hundred seventy-six (276) square feet to an existing accessory building of approximately seven hundred twenty (720) square feet making the total square footage for all accessory buildings to be approximately one thousand eight hundred twenty-six (1,826) square feet. Public Hearing. 6. Consider: Case ZBA-421, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1), for servant/family quarters. The applicant is requesting to have a family quarter in a proposed accessory building of approximately nine hundred ninety-six (996) square feet. Public Hearing. 7. Consider: Case ZBA-422, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(3) for construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to add approximately four hundred eighty (480) square feet to an existing detached garage of approximately four hundred eighty (480) square feet making the total square footage of the accessory building to be approximately nine hundred sixty (960) square feet.
