Consider: Case ZBA-439, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1), permitting family quarters and Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building of approximately one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet for the purpose of a family quarter. Location: 1449 Sunshine Lane, being legally described as Lot 2, Sunshine Place Addition, and being approximately 3.0 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Owner and Applicant: James & Roxanne Wisniewski. Public Hearing 5. Consider: Case ZBA-440, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 21.5 (k), requiring a maximum impervious coverage not to exceed seventy (70%) percent of the total lot area. The applicant is requesting to have a maximum impervious coverage of approximately eighty (80%) percent. Location: 1695 E. Agenda Item #1 Call to Order: Vice-Chairman Coonan called the meeting to order at 6:28:25 p.m. Agenda Item #2 Approval of the Minutes: The minutes of the October 28, 2004 Regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting were deemed approved by Vice-Chairman Coonan as presented. Motion: Stacy Second: Faglie Ayes: Hudson, Coonan, Faglie, Waldman, Mayer, Stacy Nays: None Vote: 6 - 0 to Approve Agenda Item #3 Administrative Comments: Mr. Bryner, planner, announced because of Thanksgiving Holiday the November 25 meeting will be cancelled. The next possible meeting date will be on December 16, 2004. Staff will contact members if this meeting is necessary. Vice-Chairman Coonan read the meeting format outline.
