1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes of the August 11, 2005 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-468, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (1), for servant/family quarters, a Variance to Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (1) requiring that servant/family quarters be limited to a gross
inhabitable square footage of not more than one thousand (1,000) square feet,
and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5.c requiring a side yard of
not less than twenty (20) feet. The applicant is requesting to have a family
quarter as part of the main residence with a floor area of approximately one
thousand three hundred (1,300) square feet and the addition having a side yard
setback of approximately seventeen (17) feet. Location: 1725 Weeping
Willow Way, being legally described as Lot 7, Block 6, Southlake Woods
Phase 2, and being approximately 1.01 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-IA"
Single-Family Residential District. Applicant: Russell & Elisabeth Kendzior.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-469, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.1 (f) requiring a
private swimming pool to not be closer than five (5) feet to another structure.
The applicant is requesting to have a swimming pool that will be
approximately two and one-half (2 %2) feet from the home. Location: 2205
Patterson Way, being legally described as Lot 8, Block 1, Patterson's Pond,
and being approximately 0.50 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-20A" Single-
Family Residential District. Applicant: Brian Johnson.
THIS ITEM IS TABLED UNTIL THE REGULAR BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT MEETING TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 15, 2005 DUE
TO AN INSUFFICIENT SUBMITTAL. THE PUBLIC HEARING IS
TO BE HELD AT THAT TIME.
6. Consider: Case ZBA-470, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 39.6.d, requiring a
minimum rear yard of not less than twenty-five (25) feet, except that up to
50% of the principal building envelope width may be as close as fifteen (15)
feet from the rear property line. The applicant is requesting a rear yard
setback of approximately nineteen (19) feet. Location: 1616 Tuscan Ridge
Circle, being legally described as Lot 22, Block 2, Tuscan Ridge Addition,
and being approximately 0.18 acres. Current Zoning: "MH" Manufactured
Housing District. Applicant: Cary Clarke Homes.
