1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes of the February 24, 2005 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-444, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5 (g) requiring
that each lot have a minimum width of one hundred (100) feet. The applicant
is requesting to have a lot width of approximately ninety-four (94) feet on two
lots. Location: 600 Shady Oaks Drive, being legally described as Tract 11A2,
situated in the Thomas M. Hood Survey, Abstract No. 706, and being
approximately 1.00 acre. Current Zoning: "AG" Agricultural District.
Applicant: Frank A. Ritz.
THE APPLICANT HAS WITHDRAWN THIS APPLICATION.
5. Consider: Case ZBA-445, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5 (b) requiring a
front yard setback of not less than thirty-five (35) feet. The applicant is
requesting to have a front yard setback of approximately twenty (20) feet.
Location: 1319 Oakhurst Drive, being legally described as Lot 9, Block 3,
Continental Park Estates, and being approximately 0.727 acres. Current
Zoning: "SF-20B" Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Greg Gist.

6. Consider: Case ZBA-446, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a
size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building
requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies and a Variance
to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2 (e) requiring an accessory building no
greater than one story or fourteen (14) feet in height. The applicant is
requesting to construct a barn of approximately one thousand twenty-four
(1,024) square feet of floor area with the proposed garage having a height of
approximately seventeen (17) feet. Location: 545 W. Highland St, being
legally described as Lot 6, T.M. Hood No. 706 Addition, and being
approximately 4.699 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family
Residential District. Applicant: Carl Wiley.

7. Consider: Case ZBA-447, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5 (c) requiring a
minimum side yard of not less than fifteen (15) feet. The applicant is
requesting to have a minimum side yard of approximately ten (10) feet.
Location: 101 Londonberry Terrace, being legally described as Lot 1, Block 2,
Stratfort Parc, and being approximately 0.54 acres. Current Zoning: "SF-
20A" Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Oldfield Fine Homes.
