Approval of Minutes of the December 16, 2004 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-442, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3), permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building of approximately one thousand (1,000) square feet. Location: 1214 Woodsey Court, being legally described as Tract 134, situated in the H. Decker Survey, Abstract No. 438, and being approximately 0.46 acres. Current Zoning: "MH" Manufactured Housing District. Applicant: Marla Sporrer. Public Hearing 5. Consider: Case ZBA-443, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 22.5 (b) requiring a front yard of not less than thirty (30) feet. The applicant is requesting to have a front yard of approximately twenty-six (26) feet. Location: 850 E. State Highway 114, being legally described as Lot 2, Block A, 114 & Carroll Addition, and being approximately 1.641 acres. Current Zoning: "S-P-1" Detailed Site Plan District. Applicant: Bradley J.
