2. Approval of Minutes of the March 16, 2006 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-482, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(4), for accessory buildings located in the front yard. The applicant is requesting to
have an accessory building to be used as a pump house located in the front yard.
Location: 911 S. White Chapel Boulevard, being legally described as Lot 6, H.
Granberry No. 581 Addition, and being approximately 7.84 acres. Current Zoning:
"RE" Single Family Residential Estate District. Applicant: Robert & Tracey Dean.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-483, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2 (e), requiring that
accessory buildings shall not exceed one story or fourteen (14) feet in height. The
applicant is requesting to construct a single story accessory building with a height of
approximately sixteen (16) feet. Location: 1903 Ptarmigan Street, being legally
described as Lot 3R, Block 2, Regal Oaks Addition, and being approximately 1.24
acres. Current Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Applicant:
Christopher & Cynthia Lucas.
