2007-12-13 REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING December 13, 2007 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of Town Hall EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. 1. Consider: Case ZBA-535, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 10.5 (g) requiring a minimum lot width of three hundred (300) feet. The applicant is requesting to create a new lot that will have a lot width of approximately two hundred seventy- two (272) feet. Location: 1640 & 1680 N. Peytonville Avenue, being legally described as Tract 3B1 and a portion of Tract 3B, situated in the J. Childress Survey, Abstract No. 253, and being approximately 5.00 acres.
