REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING December 13, 2007

EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive
session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.
2. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.

2. Approval of Minutes of the November 15, 2007 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-535, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 10.5 (g) requiring a
minimum lot width of three hundred (300) feet. The applicant is requesting to
create a new lot that will have a lot width of approximately two hundred seventy-
two (272) feet. Location: 1640 & 1680 N. Peytonville Avenue, being legally
described as Tract 3B1 and a portion of Tract 3B, situated in the J. Childress
Survey, Abstract No. 253, and being approximately 5.00 acres. Current zoning:
"AG" Agricultural District. Applicant: Kelly Mulholland.
