REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING April 26, 2007
LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas

EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the
posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session
to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including
matters posted on this agenda.
2. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.

2. Approval of minutes of the March 29, 2007 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-517, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 10.5 (g) requiring a
minimum lot width of three hundred (300) feet. The applicant is requesting to
construct a new residence on a lot that will have a lot width of approximately
two hundred (200 feet. Location: 921 S. White Chapel Boulevard, being
legally described as Tracts 5C1 & 5D, situated in the H. Granberry Survey,
Abstract No. 581, and being approximately 5.932 acres. Current zoning:
"AG" Agricultural District. Applicant: Simmons Estate Homes.
