REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING February 15, 2007

EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the
posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session
to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including
matters posted on this agenda.
2. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.

2. Approval of Minutes of the January 11, 2007 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-508, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.1 (f), requiring
a private swimming pool to not be closer than five (5) feet to another structure. The
applicant is requesting to have a swimming pool that will be approximately zero (0) feet
from another structure. Locartion: 2118 Miracle Pointe Drive, being legally described as
Lot 5, Block 2, Miracle Pointe, and being approximately 0.73 acres. Current zoning:
"SF-20A" Single Family Residential District. Applicants: J.F. & Melisa Denis
Public Hearing.
