2007-01-11 REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING January 11, 2007 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of Town Hall EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. 1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda. 2. Approval of Minutes of the December 28, 2006 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-507, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to construct a pool cabana of approximately five hundred (500) square feet making the total square footage for accessory buildings to be approximately one thousand one hundred (1,100) square feet. Location: 2101 Durango Court, being legally described as Lot 18, Block 10, Estes Park Phase 2, and being approximately 0.83 acres. Current Zoning: "R-PUD" Residential Planned Unit Development District. Applicant: Ryan Smith. Public Hearing. 5. Meeting Adjourned.
