Consider: ZBA-554, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 35.6.b.5.a, requiring one (1) parking space per every two hundred (200) square feet for a three thousand (3000) square foot photography studio. Fifteen (15) parking spaces are required. The applicant is requesting eight (8) parking spaces. The property is located at 205 Miron Drive, being described as Lot 2R2, Block 1, Miron Addition, and being approximately 0.52 acres. The current zoning is "B1" Business Service Park District. Applicant: BluDoor Studios. PUBLIC HEARING 5. Consider: ZBA-555, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.50)1(iii)2, requiring a maximum height of twenty (20) feet for an accessory building. The applicant is requesting to build a garage and workshop with a height of twenty-two and one- half (22.5) feet. Kristin Jain and Todd Parrish arrived at the meeting and took their seats on the Board at 6:35. Agenda Item # 4 ZBA Case # 554, Variance to off-street parking requirements: ZBA Case # 554, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 35.6(b)5(a), requiring one (1) parking space per every two hundred (200) square feet for an approximately three thousand (3000) square foot photography studio.
