2008-01-10REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING January 10, 2008 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of Town Hall EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda. 2. Approval of Minutes of the November 15, 2007 and December 13, 2007 Regular Board of Adjustment Meetings. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-536, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted under the accessory building requirements of the zoning district in which the property lies. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building of approximately one thousand five hundred thirty-six (1,536) square feet making the total square footage for primary and accessory buildings to be greater than permitted by the zoning district. Location: 1641 N. Pearson Lane, being legally described as Lot 2, Pecan Acres Addition, and being approximately 1.00 acre. Current zoning: "AG" Agricultural District. Applicant: Peter Lin.
