EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive
session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA-584, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(f) requiring a minimum lot area
of one acre. The existing tract is approximately 1.009 acres. After right-of-way
dedication for E. Highland St., the platted lot will be approximately 0.844 acres. The
property is located at 1982 E. Highland St., being described as Tract 2A1, Francis
Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The
current zoning is "SF1-A" - Single Family Residential. Applicants: Robert and Michelle
Milstead. SPIN Neighborhood # 4.
PUBLIC HEARING
5. Consider: ZBA-585, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.14, requiring a minimum lot area
of one acre for the use of an on-site sewage facility (OSSF). The existing tract is
approximately 1.009 acres. After right-of-way dedication for E. Highland St., the platted
lot will be approximately 0.844 acres. The property is located at 1982 E. Highland St.,
being described as Tract 2A1, Francis Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1511, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The current zoning is "SF1-A" - Single Family
Residential. Applicants: Robert and Michelle Milstead. SPIN Neighborhood # 4.
