Todd Parrish called the meeting to order at 15 6:32 p.m. 16 17 Agenda Item No. 2 - Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Parrish opened discussion of the 18 minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on October 15, 2009. 19 20 Motion was made to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on 21 October 15, 2009 as presented. 22 23 Motion: Smith 24 Second: Waldman 25 Ayes: Mills, Smith, Waldman, Amend, Forman, Fairchild, Parrish 26 Nays: None 27 Abstain: None 28 Vote: 7-0 29 30 Motion carried. 31 32 Agenda Item No. 3 - Administrative Comments: Dennis Killough, Deputy Director of 33 Planning & Development Services, announced that the next Zoning Board of Adjustment 34 meeting is scheduled for December 10, 2009. 35 36 Thomas Joyner entered the meeting at 6:37 p. m. 37 38 Chairman Parrish recused himself from ZBA Case # 583 and appointed Vice-Chairman Fairchild 39 to continue the proceedings and appointed Ms. Amend to vote in his place. 40 41 Agenda Item No. 4 - ZBA-583. Special Exception Use Permit for a Family/Servants 42 Quarters. Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for a 43 family/servants quarters. The applicants are proposing to construct a family quarters with 44 approximately eight hundred sixteen (816) square feet of gross livable floor area in a separate 45 accessory building. 46 47 The property is located at 1035 Carroll Meadows Court, being described as Lot 1, Carroll 48 Meadows Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting - November 12, 2009 Page 1 of 2 49 approximately 1.07 acres.
