EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive
session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA-583, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for a
family quarters. The applicants are proposing to construct a family quarters with
approximately 816 square feet of livable floor space in a separate accessory building.
The property is located at 1035 Carroll Meadows Ct., being described as Lot 9, Block
1, Carroll Meadows Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County,
Texas. The current zoning is "SF1-A" - Single Family Residential. Applicants: David
and Brenda Dillard. SPIN Neighborhood # 3.

18 minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on October 15, 2009.

38 Chairman Parrish recused himself from ZBA Case # 583 and appointed Vice-Chairman Fairchild
39 to continue the proceedings and appointed Ms. Amend to vote in his place.
