EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to
the posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will
be discussed in executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in
executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by
Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA-567, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (1) for a family quarters. The applicant is requesting a 1,704 square
foot family quarters in a separate accessory building. The property is
located at 2350 Crooked Lane, being described as Lot 10, Meadow Oaks
Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and
being approximately 2.3 acres. The current zoning is "SF-1A" Single
Family Residential District. Applicant: Charles Wood. SPIN Neighborhood
# 8.
PUBLIC HEARING
5. Consider: ZBA-576, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (1) for a family quarters. The applicant is proposing to construct a
family quarters with approximately 1,408 square feet of floor space in a
separate accessory building. The property is located at 615 Brewer Road,
being described as Lot 3, Block 1, Brewer Addition, an addition to the City
of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 1.43 acres.
The current zoning is "SF1-B" Single Family Residential District. Applicant:
Jason Zimmerman. SPIN Neighborhood # 11.

spaces required. The property is located at 700 N. Carroll Avenue, being
described as Lot 1A, Lake Wood Acres Addition, Phase 1, an addition to
the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately
1.165 acres. The current zoning is "01" Office District. Applicant: Jon
Bolton. SPIN Neighborhood # 7.
