REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING July 16, 2009

EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive
session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071,
including matters posted on this agenda.

3. Approval of the minutes of the June 25, 2009 regular Board of Adjustment meeting.

5. Consider: ZBA-577, Variances to Ordinance No. 480, Section 9.5e, requiring a maximum
lot coverage to not exceed ten percent (10%) of the lot area and Ordinance No.
480, Section 9.5c, requiring a side yard setback of not less than twenty five (25)
feet. The applicant is requesting a maximum lot coverage of twenty eight percent
(28%) and a side yard setback of nine feet four inches (9'4") to construct an
addition to the existing residence. The property is located at 3191 Lake Dr., being
described as Tract 3E9, John Childress Heirs Survey, Abstract No. 254,
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 0.24 acres. The
current zoning is "AG" Agricultural District. Applicant: Tyson and Rebecca A.
Olivo. SPIN Neighborhood #2.
