2009-03-12 CITY OF SOUTHLAKE TEXAS REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING March 12, 2009 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of Town Hall EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. 1. The applicant is requesting a rear yard setback of thirteen and three quarters (13.75) feet. The property is located 1306 Lakeside Drive, being described as Lot 1, Block 3, Dove Estates, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately .27 acres.
