EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the minutes of the September 16, 2010 regular Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: ZBA -600, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for a
family quarters. The applicant is proposing to construct a family quarters with
approximately 873 square feet of livable floor space housed within the principal
residential dwelling. The property is located at 1701 Live Oak Lane, being described as
Lot 1, Block 2, Reserve of Southlake, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being approximately 1.01 acres. The current zoning is "SF -1A"
Single Family Residential District. Applicant: V. Patrick Gray Custom Homes. SPIN
Neighborhood # 4.

34 there were two submittals received for the October 28, 2010 meeting.

48 feet with one (1) response having been received: Michael & Elizabeth Nametz, 1700 Live Oak

50 The applicant's representative, Jerry David, 208 Turner Road, Roanoke, Texas, once sworn in,
51 presented items and answered questions for the Board.

53 Chairman Parrish opened the public hearing and seeing no one, closed the public hearing at
54 6:48:42 p.m. and opened discussion for the Board.
