EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. 1. Consider: ZBA -590, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted. Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5(e) requires that the sum total of accessory buildings shall not exceed six hundred (600) square feet. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building of approximately 1,311 square feet. The property is located at 2803 Watts Court, being described as Lot 13, Block 1, Ridgewood II, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 0.57 acres. The current zoning is "SF -20A" Single Family Residential District. Applicants: Bruce and Vicki Fields. SPIN Neighborhood 11. The applicant has requested to table this item to the June 10, 2010 meeting. 5. The applicant is requesting to construct a carport of approximately 750 square feet, bringing the total square footage of accessory buildings on the property to 1,370 square feet. The property is located at 1230 Woodsey Court, being described as Tract 1 B4M2, Harrison Decker Survey, Abstract No. 438, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 0.46 acres.
