EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the
posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be
discussed in executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive
session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071,
including matters posted on this agenda.

2. Approval of the minutes of the January 28, 2010 regular Board of Adjustment meeting.

4. Consider: ZBA-588, Variance to Ordinance No. 480-503, as allowed by Zoning Ordinance
No. 480, Section 30.5, requiring a rear yard of not less than forty (40) feet for
sport courts. The applicant is requesting a rear yard setback of thirty-six (36)
feet to build a sport court. The property is located at 1161 La Mirada, being
described as Lot 1, Block 1, La Mirada, an addition to the City of Southlake,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 1.03 acres. The current zoning
is "R-PUD" Residential Planned Unit Development. Applicant: Aqua Luxe. SPIN
Neighborhood # 5.

5. Consider: ZBA-589, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or
aggregate size greater than that permitted. Ordinance No. 480, Section
11.50)1(i) requires that the sum total of all accessory buildings shall not exceed
four thousand (4,000) square feet. The applicant is requesting to construct an
accessory building of approximately 4,512 square feet. The property is located
at 4000 N. White Chapel Blvd., being described as Lot 2, R. D. Price No. 992
Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being
approximately 5.43 acres. The current zoning is "SF-1A" - Single Family
Residential District. Applicant: Tim Cresson. SPIN Neighborhood # 1.

6. Consider: ZBA-590, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or
aggregate size greater than that permitted. Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5(e)
requires that the sum total of accessory buildings shall not exceed six hundred
(600) square feet. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory
building of approximately 1,311 square feet. The property is located at 2803
Watts Court, being described as Lot 13, Block 1, Ridgewood II, an addition to
the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 0.57
acres. The current zoning is "SF-20A" - Single Family Residential District.
Applicants: Bruce and Vicki Fields. SPIN Neighborhood # 11.
