2010-01-14 CITY OF SOUTHLAKE TEXAS REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING JANUARY 14 2010 LOCATION: 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas City Council Chambers of Town Hall EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. 1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda. 2. Consider: ZBA-586, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for a family quarters and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5 (c), requiring a side yard setback of twenty (20) feet. The applicant is proposing to construct a family quarters with approximately 1,625 square feet of gross livable floor space in an addition to the principal structure and requesting a side yard setback of approximately eleven (11) feet. The property is located at 615 Brewer Road, being described as Lot 3, Block 1, Brewer Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being approximately 1.43 acres. The current zoning is "SF1-B" Single Family Residential District. Applicants: R and B Contracting. SPIN Neighborhood # 11. PUBLIC HEARING 5. Consider: Meeting Adjourned.
