minimum lot area of forty three thousand five hundred sixty (43,560) square feet. The
property is located at 2500 Greenbough Drive, being described as Tract 2B12, Samuel
Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 525, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The
current zoning is SF -1A — Single Family Residential District. Applicant: A & B
Construction, LLC. SPIN Neighborhood # 4.
