minimum lot area of forty three thousand five hundred sixty (43,560) square feet. The
property is located at 2500 Greenbough Drive, being described as Tract 2B12, Samuel
Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 525, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The
current zoning is SF -1A — Single Family Residential District. Applicant: A & B
Construction, LLC. SPIN Neighborhood # 4.

17 Agenda Item No. 2 — Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Fairchild opened the discussion for
18 the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on August 25, 2011.

21 August 25, 2011, as presented.

33 Planning & Development Services stated there would not be a regularly scheduled meeting for
34 September 29, 2011, however, there may be an orientation in its place, dependent upon City
35 Council's action to appoint a new member.

37 Agenda Item No. 4 - ZBA -616, Variance to Minimum Lot Area: Variance to Ordinance No.
38 480, Section 11.5(f), requiring a minimum lot area of forty three thousand five hundred sixty

40 hundred eighty five (40,685) square feet, or approximately 0.934 acres. The property is located

51 Chairman Fairchild opened the public hearing and seeing no one, closed the public hearing and
52 opened discussion among the Board at 6:51 p.m.
