EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA -607, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(d), requiring a rear yard
setback of forty (40) feet. The applicant is requesting a rear yard setback of sixteen
and one -half (16.5) feet to construct an addition to the principal residence on property
located at 1355 Woodbrook Lane, being described as Lot 18, Block 3, Cross Timber
Hills, Phase II, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being
approximately 1.12 acres. The current zoning is "SF -1A" - Single Family Residential
District. Applicant: Thomas C. and Frances A. Halbouty. SPIN Neighborhood # 5.
