EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.

4. Consider: ZBA -606, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(0, requiring that no accessory
building be located forward of the principal building on the lot. The applicant is
proposing to construct an approximately 500 square foot pool house forward of the
principal building on the lot. The property is located at 3170 Briar Lane, being
described as Lot 6, Hilltop Acres Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being approximately 1.46 acres. The current zoning is "SF -1A" -
Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Stan and Jennifer Brown. SPIN
Neighborhood # 2.
