Consider: ZBA -605, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted, which in this case is 1,311 square feet, a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(c), requiring a side yard of not less than twenty (20) feet, and a Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for a servants or family quarters. The applicant is requesting approval of a two -story accessory building and covered patio covering approximately 1,445 square feet with a side yard setback of ten (10) feet to be used as a servants or family quarters. The property is located at 101 Welford Lane, being described as Lot 2, Block 3, Wingate Hill Subdivision, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 1.0 acres.
