EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. 1. Consider: ZBA -605, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) permitting the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that permitted, which in this case is 1,311 square feet, a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(c), requiring a side yard of not less than twenty (20) feet, and a Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for a servants or family quarters. The applicant is requesting approval of a two -story accessory building and covered patio covering approximately 1,445 square feet with a side yard setback of ten (10) feet to be used as a servants or family quarters. The property is located at 101 Welford Lane, being described as Lot 2, Block 3, Wingate Hill Subdivision, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 1.0 acres. The current zoning is "SF -1A" - Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Mike Nantz. SPIN Neighborhood # 1. PUBLIC HEARING 5. Consider: ZBA -606, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(f), requiring that no accessory building be located forward of the principal building on the lot. The applicant is proposing to construct an approximately 500 square foot pool house in the front yard. The property is located at 3170 Briar Lane, being described as Lot 6, Hilltop Acres Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 1.46 acres.
