SPIN Neighborhood #9. 54 55 Chairman Faglie stated that a quorum was not present to vote on ZA11 -042 due to Commissioner 56 Forman recusing himself from the vote. 57 58 REGULAR AGENDA: 59 60 Agenda Item No. 6 — ZA11 -045, Zoning Change and Site Plan for Cornerstone Business Park 61 on property described as Lot 1 R, Block 4, Cornerstone Business park, Southlake, Tarrant 62 County, Texas and being located at 500 South Nolen Drive, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: 63 1 -1 — Light Industrial District. Requesting Zoning: S -P -1 — Detailed Site Plan District. SPIN 64 Neighborhood #8. Richard Schell, Planner II, presented this item. 65 66 Mark Stahl, 511 Yocan Drive, came forward. The purpose of the zoning request is to complete a 67 master plan for 100% office parking. This was part of an original plan submitted in 2001. In 2006 68 the parking was added as shown along with the landscape buffer. The building currently has two 69 tenants; Gateway Church and Comercis. Additional parking is needed to accommodate 70 currently tenants and future tenants. Mr. Stahl continued to explain each slide showing the 71 property as well as surrounding property. 72 73 Commissioner Springer asked about the concrete slabs that were abandoned. 74 75 Mr. Stahl stated that was the result of the current economy. 76 77 Commissioner Springer asked how long Gateway planned to stay. 78 79 Mr. Stahl stated that lease negotiations are ongoing. However, as a current tenant they would 80 like to make sure that Gateway's needs are met. 81 82 Chairman Faglie opened the public hearing.
