62 event remains consistent with the approved SUP and that all safety measures have been
63 addressed. He did not feel the three -hour event proposed warranted annual return in front of the
64 Commission for approval.

133 regarding the drainage and to keep their word to drain across the southern end and all the way
134 to the creek on the west side. She also requested the applicant to keep the easement on the
135 rental property open. She stated she would like these items on record.

137 Mr. Linder stated that all items have been discussed with Staff. All drainage will be moving east
138 to west and south. Discussions have been made to bring the drainage across Rucker's property
139 to the right -of -way and back into the creek. When the remainder of Zena Rucker Road is
140 completed, a full completed drainage system will be in place.
