incorporated herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the
end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need arises
for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as
to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

6. Consent: Ordinance 480 -HHHH, being an Amendment to the City of Southlake Zoning
Ordinance Number 480, as amended, to incorporate the regulations of the
Masonry Ordinance No. 557, as amended, into the Zoning Ordinance and to revise
the sections that address fencing, screening and recreational vehicle storage. With
the approval of the Zoning Ordinance amendment regarding masonry regulations,
Masonry Ordinance No. 557, as amended, is proposed to be repealed.
This item is tabled to the May 5, 2011 Planning & Zoning Commission
Meeting. The Public Hearing for this item will be held at that time.
