5. Consider: ZA10 -027, Zoning Change and Site Plan for Carroll ISD Middle School on
property being described as Tracts 1, 2A and 2B1, Thomas Mahan Survey,
Abstract No. 1049, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, being located at 1800 E.
Kirkwood Boulevard, Southlake, TX, and being approximately 24.935 acres. The
Current Zoning is S -P -1 Detailed Site Plan District. The Requested Zoning is S-
P-1 Detailed Site Plan District SPIN Neighborhood 4.
