20 Agenda Item No. 2 Aporoval of Minutes: Chairman Faglie opened discussion of the minutes of
21 the Regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held on May 6, 2010.
23 Chairman Faglie announced that there was no quorum of Commissioner's present from the May 6,
24 2010 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and therefore the minutes from this meeting will be
25 considered at the June 3, 2010 meeting.

27 Aaenda Item No. 3 Administrative Comments: Dennis Killough, Deputy Director of Planning
28 Development Services, announced that this Saturday, May 22, 2010 will be Southlake's Summer
29 Kick -Off from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Rustin Park in front of Town Hall. The purpose of this event
30 is for Parks Recreation and the Library to kick -off their summer youth programs; as well as, to
31 include activities for Building Safety Month and Southlake 2030 items.

105 willingness to explore the possibility of moving the northern driveway further north, granting the
106 variances to driveway spacing, driveway stacking depth and lighting for the use of metal halide
107 lighting and subject to Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated May 13, 2010.
