Also expressed opposition to sound issues that they currently have with the site, 158 concern over the number of events that may be held each year, concern over alcohol being served 159 and sold, concern over hours of operation and noted that with the events that they currently have 160 there are cars that park on Emerald Boulevard and feels that would happen more frequently if the 161 event room was to be approved. 162 163 Rich O'Day, 921 Emerald Boulevard, Southlake, TX; was present and spoke in opposition to this 164 item.
