5. Consider: ZA10-006, Revised Preliminary Plat for Carillon Phase 1A on property being
described as a portion of Tracts 1, 2 & 3A01, Larkin H. Chivers Survey, Abstract
No. 300, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, being located at 1700 and 1800 North
Carroll Avenue and 1801 North White Chapel Boulevard, Southlake, Texas. The
