37 Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being located at 2199 E. Dove Road, Southlake, Texas. The
38 Current Zoning is "Cl" Neighborhood Commercial District. SPIN Neighborhood # 4. The owner is
39 Donnie Ward. The applicant is Jeff Day.

63 Agenda Item No. 3 - Administrative Comments: Ken Baker, Director of Planning & Development
64 Services, stated that the next Southlake 2030 Land Use Plan Committee meeting will be
65 Wednesday, January 27, 2010 starting at 5:00 PM for the purpose of reviewing the north sector land
66 use plan. Mr. Baker also noted that there will be a groundbreaking ceremony at Bicentennial Park on
67 Friday, January 22, 2010 at 3:30 PM. There will also be a SPARK meeting on Tuesday, January 26,
68 2010 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Both the Southlake 2030 and SPARK meetings will be at Town Hall
69 in the third floor training rooms.
