130 development yet there is sufficient right-of-way on both sides but also encouraged Ms. Paty to
131 continue to follow the development process for White Chapel. Ms. Paty expressed concern over the
132 screening off of White Chapel; Staff presented Ms. Paty with the landscape plan and Mr. Parker
133 noted that there will be sufficient screening from the street.

136 the proposed wall her property line on the east side of the church and stated that there are drainage
137 and maintenance issues in that area; the Commission and Mr. Parker addressed Ms. Madden's

329 approved in 2001 and that the traffic from the facility will not impact the current traffic patterns.

332 range and fire tower portion of the training facility and stated that he did not wish to lose the rural
333 feel of the area and would not be opposed to a fire station without the training facility.

340 further noted that for a super-majority vote to be enacted at the second reading at City Council there
341 must be twenty percent (20%) of the acreage within the buffer opposed to force such a vote.
