subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will be

Lot 5A, Brumlow Industrial District and being located at 1900 Brumlow Avenue,
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The Current Zoning is "11 PUD" - Light Industrial
Planned Unit Development District. SPIN Neighborhood # 9.

21 minutes of the Regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held on December 3, 2009.

37 Agenda Item No. 4 - ZA09-053 Site Plan for Southlake Alpine Materials Clayton Comstock,
38 Planner 11, presented this item to the Commission for a Site Plan for Southlake Alpine Materials on
39 property being described as Lot 5A, Brumlow Industrial District and being located at 1900 Brumlow
40 Avenue, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The Current Zoning is 11 -PUD" Light Industrial Planned
41 Unit Development District. SPIN Neighborhood # 9. The owner is Brumlow Properties, LLC (Alpine
42 Materials). The applicant is Blake Architects.

44 Skip Blake, Blake Architects, 1202 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake, TX, was present and
45 responded to questions from the Commission.

51 Chairman Morin closed the public hearing and called for further discussion. No further discussion

54 Motion was made to approve ZA09-053, Site Plan for Southlake Alpine Materials, granting the
55 variance to the Roof Design Standards for Residential Adjacency allowing for a flat rood with
56 parapet rather than a pitched roof, and subject to Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated
57 December 11, 2009.
