The Current Zoning is 11 -PUD" Light Industrial Planned 41 Unit Development District. SPIN Neighborhood # 9. The owner is Brumlow Properties, LLC (Alpine 42 Materials). The applicant is Blake Architects. 43 44 Skip Blake, Blake Architects, 1202 S.
