EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will be
discussed in executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Commission may meet in

described as Lot 1, Block A, Oien Addition and being located at 3700 N White
Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The Current Zoning is "CS" -
Community Service District. SPIN Neighborhood # 1.

5. Consider: ZA09-047, Specific Use Permit for White's Chapel Children's Christmas Festival on
property being described as Lot 1R, Block 1, White Chapel Methodist Church
Addition and being located at 185 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas. The Current Zoning is "CS" - Community Service District. SPIN
Neighborhood # 9.

34 Development Services, announced that there will be a Kick-off Meeting for the Southlake 2030 Land
35 Use Committee on Thursday, November 12th starting at 5:30 p.m., at Town Hall in the 3rd Floor
36 Training Rooms C and D. There will be a tree dedication in Liberty Garden at Bicentennial Park on
37 Saturday, November 14, 2009 starting at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Killough also announced, at the request of
38 Council Member Hill, that November is S.P.A.R.K. Awareness Month.

42 presented this item to the Commission for a Specific Use Permit for the Co-Location of Antennas
43 and Ancillary Structures on an Existing Telecommunications Tower; on property being legally
44 described as Lot 1, Block A, Oien Addition and being located at 3700 N White Chapel Blvd.,
45 Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The Current Zoning is "CS" - Community Service District. SPIN
46 Neighborhood # 1. The owner is American Tower, L.P. The Applicant is Clear Wireless, LLC.
