posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will

Retail Commercial District. SPIN Neighborhood # 8.

54 Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being located at 2625 East Southlake Boulevard, Southlake,
55 Texas. The Current Zoning is "C2" Local Retail Commercial District. SPIN Neighborhood # 8. The
56 Owner/Applicant is Mac Grantland, Irving Investment Ltd.

59 questions.

63 Chairman Morin opened the public hearing for this item.

65 Pieter Andries, 2525 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, TX; expressed concerns over parking and
66 current maintenance of the overall property of Georgetown Park.

68 Chairman Morin closed the public hearing and called for further discussion. Commissioners
69 discussed cross-parking and private parking agreements and issues related to the location and
70 relocation of the Storm-drain and drainage easement.

72 Motion was made to approve ZA09-027, a Revised Site Plan for a Portion of Georgetown Park,
73 noting the applicant's willingness to relocate the storm drain grant a drainage easement if the
74 current storm drain is located within the proposed building, and subject to Site Plan Review
75 Summary No. 3, dated August 28, 2009.
