Dennis Killough, Deputy 97 Director of Planning & Development Services and Bob Price, Director of Public Works, addressed 98 issues regarding traffic flow that was raised during the public hearing. Commissioners and staff 99 discussed future possibilities of opening the property up on the north. 100 91 Chairman Morin re-opened the public hearing.
