1. Discussion of City Council approved revisions to Ordinance 480-WWW, pertaining to solar energy
systems.
2. Discussion of Southlake 2030 Plan.
3. Discussion of all items on tonight's meeting agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Commission may meet in executive

39 Residence: Daniel Cortez, Planner I, presented this item to the Commission for a Specific Use
40 Permit for a Solar Energy System for the Martin Residence on property being legally described as
41 Lot 2, Block 5, Chapel Downs Addition, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being located at 104
42 E. Chapel Downs Dr., Southlake, Texas. Current zoning is "SF-30" Single-Family Residential
43 District. SPIN Neighborhood # 7. The Owner is Tony Martin. The Applicant is Lance Wilson, Dodson
44 Services Electrical Contractors.

47 Commissions questions.
