Specific Use Permit for a Solar Energy System for the Martin 39 Residence: Daniel Cortez, Planner I, presented this item to the Commission for a Specific Use 40 Permit for a Solar Energy System for the Martin Residence on property being legally described as 41 Lot 2, Block 5, Chapel Downs Addition, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being located at 104 42 E. Chapel Downs Dr., Southlake, Texas. Current zoning is "SF-30" Single-Family Residential 43 District. SPIN Neighborhood # 7. The Owner is Tony Martin.
