The current 42 zoning is 1-1 " Light Industrial District. SPIN Neighborhood # 8. The Owner is Rainier Southlake Dst. 43 The Applicant is Spirit Life Church International. 44 45 Steven R. Hill, Pastor of Spirit Life Church International, 614 Oakbend Dr, Coppell, TX, addressed 46 parking concerns raised by the Commission. 47 48 Chairman Morin opened the public hearing. 49 50 No one from the audience came forward to speak. Commissioners 55 discussed onsite parking requirements. 56 57 Chairman Moring re-opened the public hearing. 58 59 Ron McKellen, St. John's Church, 800 S. Kimball Ave., Southlake, TX, stated they were the prior 60 tenants of this location and they never had any parking issues during their time there. 61 62 Chairman Morin closed the public hearing and called for further discussion.
