2009-02-03 CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TEXAS SPECIAL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING: FEBRUARY 3. 2009 LOCATION: Southlake Town Hall Council Chambers 1400 Main Street Southlake, Texas 76092 TIME: 5:00 P.M. (to be held jointly with City Council during the work session portion of the regular City Council meeting, if a quorum of the Planning and Zoning Commission is present. The meeting will be convened as part of the regular City Council meeting, and not as a separate meeting, solely for the purpose of hearing and participating in the presentation to the City Council regarding Storm Water Management and Erosion Control, and any other items on the City Council agenda for which a quorum of the Planning and Zoning Commission is present.) 1. Call to order. 2. A. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporated herein. Executive Session may be held, under this exception, at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this meeting. 1. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney a. Seek the advice of the city attorney regarding legal issues related to storm water management and erosion control. B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session. 3. Presentation: Storm Water Management and Erosion Control. 4. Meeting adjourned.
