White Chapel Blvd. on property being described as Tract 3E, Hiram Granberry 57 Survey, Abstract No. 581 and being located at 520 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Texas. Commissioners 73 discussed zoning issues associated with possibilities of changing the footprint and size of the home 74 and accessory building; Deputy Director Killough clarified the intent of the proposed concept plan 75 and the regulations associated with it. 76 17 Motion was made to approve ZA08-062, Zoning Change and Concept Plan for 520 S.
