32 Services noted that there will be a joint City Council and Planning & Zoning Meeting either January
33 13, 2009 or January 27, 2009 regarding Stormwater Management. Mr. Baker also noted that Staff is
34 finalizing the 2009 Ordinance schedule for City Council and there will be revisions to environmental
35 related ordinances (i.e. wind turbines and aerobic septic systems, etc.) as well as Southlake 2030
36 Plan, which planning stages are anticipated to begin during summer 2009.
