Discussion of all items on tonight's agenda. REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 P.M. 1. Call to order. Invocation. 2. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting held on November 6, 1990, and the Special City Council Meeting held on November 13, 1990. 3. Mayor's Report. 4. City Manager's Report. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Council member or citizen so request, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business, and considered in its normal sequence. 5. Consider: Resolution 90 -78, Authorizing the City Manager to execute the renewal Contract with the Fort Worth Star Telegram as the legal publication for the City of Southlake. 6. Consider: Resolution 90 -79, Calling a Special Election for January 19, 1991. 7. Consider: Resolution 90 -80, Approving the appointment of two Police Reserve Officers. 8. Consider: Approval of a Letter Agreement with Carroll Independent School District for Sanitary Sewer. 9. The property is located South of West Southlake Blvd. (FM 1709) approximately 400 feet East of Pearson Lane. Current zoning is Agricultural, request is for the Commercial -2 Zoning District. Ray L. Whitmore, Louis Messina and Marie J. Robinson V. City of Southlake, 1980. 3. Russell Sivey v. City of Southlake. September, 1989. CONTEMPLATED LITIGATION 4. Margaret Freemen Claim. January, 1990. 5. West Beach Addition Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public. If personnel issues or litigation issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this City Council Meeting, an executive session will be held. SLL 11/16/90
