EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the
posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will
be discussed in executive session.

34 promotions of two staff members. Stephanie Breitbarth had been promoted to Administrative
35 Secretary and in addition will assume the position of Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary
36 full-time. Lorrie Fletcher has been promoted to Planner I. Commissioners thanked Lorrie Fletcher for
37 her years of work with the Commission and welcomed Stephanie Breitbarth to the Commission.
38 Deputy Director Dennis Killough called for the swearing in of newly appointed Commissioners. Lorrie
39 Fletcher called for Jeff Wang, Robert Hudson, Al Morin and Joe Lancor to rise and then
40 administered their oaths of office.

_28 Joanna Hookstratten, 2360 & 2320 Johnson Rd., spoke in opposition stating the back of the lots in
129 question back up to her property and at prior times she has spoken about wood fencing because
130 she has horses that eat wood and that City Council promised her wrought iron fencing, also property
131 line on other sides would still have wrought iron fencing and why is she being treated differently. She
132 asked for a stone/brick wall instead. Chairman Morin asked applicant if they have considered
133 masonry instead, Mr. Evans stated that none had been considered.

135 David Denman, 1903 Saddle Ridge Dr., Grapevine, TX, stated that over Johnson Place there was
136 only stone and iron fencing - no wood, wants consistency throughout the neighborhood, made
137 request that if there is any fence that it be stone not wood.
