'27 _28 Joanna Hookstratten, 2360 & 2320 Johnson Rd., spoke in opposition stating the back of the lots in 129 question back up to her property and at prior times she has spoken about wood fencing because 130 she has horses that eat wood and that City Council promised her wrought iron fencing, also property 131 line on other sides would still have wrought iron fencing and why is she being treated differently. She 132 asked for a stone/brick wall instead.
