4 prime location.

6 Tawando Gumbo, 1208 Bay Meadows, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. He felt the quality of life
7 would be impacted by this development because of the increase in traffic and students in schools;
8 decrease property values.

10 Kathleen Simpson, 104 Brentwood Circle, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition as a representative of
11 the Brentwood HOA. She stated the following issues: wants low density; concerned about drainage;
12 wants to ensure plenty of green buffers all around the perimeter; concerned about increased traffic;
13 worried about commitments from leasors; concerned about impact of schools; doesn't want
14 competition for Town Square; worried about extended periods of construction.

16 Marvin Williams, 1525 N. Carroll Avenue, Southlake, TX representing neighbors along Carroll
17 Avenue - spoke in opposition. He was concerned about sustaining the retail element; drainage;
18 noise from traffic; potential for crime; and Carroll Avenue not being wide enough to handle additional
19 traffic as well as construction traffic.
