1. Discussion of all items on tonight's meeting agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the
posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will
be discussed in executive session.

2 June 13, 2008, and subject to the following conditions:

4 • noting the applicant's willingness to bring the existing parking lot lighting into compliance
5 with the new lighting and also setting the timers to match;
6 • bollards, landscape rocks, or other physical barriers will be used at the hammer-head to
7 stop vehicles from entering property from that location;
8 • applicant will make arrangements for late evening or overnight parking to be on the east
9 side and away from the residences; and
10 • applicant will provide pedestrian passage to the neighborhood to the west.
