10 Motion was made to approve ZA07-058, subject to the Park Board review and conditions set forth in
11 Development Plan Review Summary No. 5, dated April 30, 2008; provide one common driveway for
12 Lots 1 and 2; to ensure that Lots 22A, 22, 23, 24, and 25 to be dedicated as open space/parkland as
13 shown on the development plan; also recognizing the applicant's willingness to explore and present
14 connectivity options for the sidewalk on the east boundary to include a connection with at least a box
15 culvert and a pedestrian bridge as well as any other options; granting requested variance; and,
16 requiring the applicant to submit a detailed landscape plan for the open space/parkland portion.

45 State Highway 114 north to the northern boundary of the Peleton property, located directly to the
46 west of this property; recognizing the applicant's willingness to meet with the city Landscape
47 Administrator to provide further detailed differences to the canopy tree numbers and cover if any
48 from the original concept plan and to discuss evergreen or other screening to the physical plant
49 building prior to presenting this item to the City Council.
