33 Ken Baker announced the Urban Design Plan work session scheduled for December 12, 2007 at 6
34 p.m. He talked about upcoming ordinance updates and future joint work sessions; February 28,
35 2008, joint meeting scheduled to discuss Hines' property; impact fee ordinance scheduled for City
36 Council in March, 2008. He stated there would be no Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
37 December 20, 2007, due to the holiday. He announced the Commercial Developer's Round Table
38 scheduled for December 7, 2007. He introduced Michelle Speaker; new civil engineer in Public
39 Works. He announced Ben Bryner's resignation.
