15 trees.

18 sidewalk.

27 16, 2007; granting the requested variance for a 10% reduction in parking, denying the variance to
28 allow a commercial drive on a local street, granting the variance to stacking depth, and granting the
29 sidewalk variance subject to the applicant's agreement to build the sidewalk from the southwest
30 corner of the church property northward on the east side of Crooked Lane to the point where the
31 existing sidewalk ends on the west side of Crooked Lane at the southern boundary of Cambridge
32 Place.
